About Mike's Solar Garage

Who publishes these reviews, how the gear is tested, and how affiliate links work on this site.

Mike’s Solar Garage LLC publishes hands-on DIY solar reviews and builds from a real working garage shop—EG4 inverters, LiFePO4 battery banks, panels, and balance-of-system gear tested in actual installs. Watch the builds on YouTube at @MikesSolarGarage and join the discussion on WindSolarForum. Reviews are based on equipment installed and measured in-shop. Some links are affiliate links and are marked as such; discount codes such as GARAGE50 are shown when available.

How reviews are made

Gear is installed and measured in a working garage shop, then published as reviews, compares, and guides on this site and as builds on YouTube. The goal is practical DIY guidance: which EG4-class inverters, LiFePO4 banks, panels, and balance-of-system parts actually held up—not a catalog dump of every SKU.
